Terms & Conditions

1. Payments to be received 100% by 31ST April or 15 days from date of Delivery whichever is early. (Credit Deals will not be included in this scheme).
2. If the shipment has not been dispatched because of stock limitation, the payments can be given post 15 days and the said orders will be treated till the dispatch happens.
3. All old dues (Pre-this scheme is launched) if any should be cleared as per the contract and accepted date, any deviation in same will lead to removal of the said partner from this scheme.
4. All orders post this mail will be treated as part of scheme, Old orders prior to this scheme launch whose dispatch has not taken place will not be part of the scheme.
5. Digium orders will be taken at 50% of the order value.
6. The Value/Business shown in this scheme does not include any type of Taxes; the Value of the scheme is on NET Product Value.
7. All Prizes in these schemes are Ex –Showroom and Entry Level Products/Vehicles. (For any doubt, Pls. speak to Regional heads)
8. To handle the warranty and name of ownership, we may pass the equivalent amount in INR as Commission Credit note to the Partners A/C’s post deducting the TDS.
9. Registration of Partners in the said scheme is must for being part of winning !
